Congratulations on securing a system. (Securing is a neutral word for it correct?)

I believe this has to do with the Caldari Navy (I assume it is the Navy next to me when I secure installations and outpost in Caldari space) having only two systems to occupy in the entire region. I would not be surprised to see counter-offensive campaigns (like yours, which is different from a purely defensive campaign) meet with regular success in a very short period of time as objectives are generally concentrated.
The 24th Crusade success in a counter-offensive will likely be slower because they have more systems that the Minmatar Republic's naval forces are spread out in their occupation.
This is intended as an observation on the system of warfare in which we are operating.

Seriously pilot Ehr, quiet yourself and gain a better understanding of cluster politics. You do a discredit to your family, your corporation, and your race; rambling on about things that do not exist.
No peace terms have been offered by anyone; the State and Federation Navies aren't even shooting at each other. If you are concerned about continued resistance on the ground of Caldari Prime from Federal occupation forces, go there! I am certain the Provist on the ground could use another body.

Are you against me seeing the sights of the Federation entirely? Even without an active war, Intaki is one of the few notably locations in the Federation I can visit. The FedNavy is none to happy with me for stopping their interference in internal Caldari affairs prior to the war.
I am trying to make a bit of a joke there.
